Mission & Vision

At Harmony Works my mission is to help people improve communication, strengthen connections and grow community. I believe deeply that we are designed for connection and community and that the discord we see and experience in the world arises when we are disconnected from each other which leads to isolation and can make us defensive. Somewhere along the way we forgot that we belong to each other.

Connection (or the lack of it) impacts all areas of our lives. As a systems thinker, I naturally look for connections. Whatever is appearing as a problem on the surface is usually just the last link in a chain that has developed kinks and dents. 

When we identify, reconnect and realign the areas that aren’t working we do more than just solve a problem, we change the path going forward.

When we feel connected to our community, whether that is in our family, at work, at church, in our neighborhood, we are stronger as individuals and groups. When we know we are heard and we know how to hear others it opens new doors to collaborate and co-create as we live into the people we were meant to be.
